About the session:
In order to best allow the healing journey to create a meaningful shift—and depending on your intentions and the depth of the work—I recommend participating in four to six sessions. We will review your progress during the fourth and sixth sessions to ensure the process is meeting your goals. The aim of this journey is to help you achieve an empowered change so you can move forward independently, without the need for ongoing sessions.
Each session lasts for an hour, giving us the time and space to gently explore your intentions and work together on your healing journey. For your inital session, we’ll start by reviewing your intake form. This conversation helps us clarify your goals and intentions, laying a strong foundation for our work together. In future sessions, we’ll begin by reflecting on how your week has been—exploring what’s shifted, what’s surfaced, and where we can deepen the work. This ensures that each session remains collaborative and intentional, tailored to your evolving needs. Energy healing is a complementary therapy, designed to support you alongside traditional medical care or other complimenatary healthcare. It is not a replacement for professional medical or psychological treatment, but it can be a valuable addition to your overall well-being.
Fees:
Sessions are available in person in Central London, where the fee is £90, or in E18, where the fee is £70. If visiting in person isn’t convenient, I also offer remote sessions at £70, allowing you to experience the same benefits of energy healing from the comfort of your home.
The Session:
We’ll begin with a guided meditation, often tailored specifically for you. This helps set the tone for the session, allowing you to relax and open yourself to the healing process.
You'll remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on a treatment table, giving your body and mind the space to settle into the experience. During the session, I will gently work with your energy, placing my hands just above your body. At times, I may use light touch on areas such as your head, hands, feet, and knees—but only with your permission. If you prefer not to be touched, that is completely okay and will not affect the healing process in any way.
This is your time and your space. You are welcome to simply relax, follow your breath, and observe any sensations that arise. If you feel the need to share, ask questions, or request adjustments at any point, please do. Your comfort and well-being are my priority.
After the Session:
Once the energy work concludes, we’ll take time to reflect on your experience. I’ll share any insights or observations, and together we’ll develop a plan for your continued self-care. This may include practical techniques or simple rituals to support your healing journey between sessions.
